Bondi Semi now Onsite

Our Bondi Semi project is now onsite, with our good friend Andy leading the site. This home balances thoughtful design with character and joy. Designed in collaboration with the talented team at Arent&Pyke, the garden draws inspiration from its coastal location, Sydney’s Victorian architecture, and our client’s Italian heritage.

The rear garden centres on a sculptural grass tree, with Dichondra Emerald Falls, Pratia, and lush Alpinias creating layers at ground level. Howea palms frame the space, while Miscanthus, Salvia, and clipped Helichrysum balls add texture. Algerian ivy softens the walls, and fragrant pink jasmine drapes a characterful outhouse.

The front garden features a fragrant lemon tree ready for Dad’s Limoncello, cascading Dichondra Silver Falls, and clipped Helichrysum balls. Lavender, Russian sage, Miscanthus, and Salvia complete the palette with texture and whimsy, seasonal colour.

This project celebrates small but impactful design, with layers of meaning and connection.
